We had a great experience with Lori our salesperson. She showed us all the options and sat down with us to explain the different ways we could make the sectional work in our space. Other places didn't offer that. We needed a couch soon since ours was broken, and Lori made us sure that all the pieces were in the warehouse and we'd be getting it delivered very soon. So it was snowing yesterday but I wanted to get some furniture and called and they said they were open which made me happy because I liked the furniture and accessories I saw on their website. I spent most of my time with Danielle twirling in circles and my head spinning because there were so many things to choose from but some things that would not go with one thing I liked but I would have to wait 4 to 6 weeks. I wanted to purchase the furniture yesterday when I was there. After a while and walking around and looking at all the beautiful and cool furniture, I finally came to a decision primarily because Danielle understood that what I wanted is what I could get and bingo I could. So while I was waiting for Danielle to write up the items I continued walking around and found myself picking out three large artificial trees, a really cool metal and wood lamp it's a box lampshade and also a really cool round ottoman with storage inside. I noticed a very pleasant smell, something yummy. Burning was a candle by VOTIVO a higher end, slow burning candles they offer. I had to get both scents. So overall I got what I wanted. The furniture was higher end but the price I felt was awesome. The other employees were very pleasant and since it took a while to get everything written up I had a chance to spend a little time talking to each of them. I definitely recommend for just about every reason for someone to go and spend some time shopping there. You get really good service and explaining what they have and what you want and they're just really super cool people. I will find myself back there probably within a month to do some more shopping for my home. Thank you everybody and Happy Valentine's Day

Emily was great. She met us at the door, took us to the recliners and then proceeded to spend the next 15 to 20 minutes showing us the pros and cons of each one. She then took us over to the fabric area and helped us pick out a durable choice. She did this knowing up front we were going to shop different brands and stores before making our decision. When we went to other stores, the sales staff were not interested in spending time or explaining their product once they found out we were shopping. After comparing different products and stores, we made our decision based on the quality of service that Emily provided us to make our choice knowing that we would be shopping other stores. I will definitely offer up Emily's name to my friends and contacts who are looking for furniture selections.

The hubs and I were in need of a new sofa and I thought that it was going to be a difficult undertaking considering all the specifications I had. After leaving yet another store that did not have what we wanted, we happened to be driving past Key Home Furnishings, which was not even on my list of places to visit. We wandered in and were greeted by a salesperson named KC. After I outlined exactly what I was looking for, she led us directly to a few options. She did not need to refer to any specs or literature, because KC obviously knows her merchandise. After trying out the frames that fit my needs, I was able to settle on one that looked and felt perfect. When I asked KC to ballpark a price for me, I was a bit shocked at the answer, because it was so reasonable. Much lower than I expected. Then, since I am color blind, KC helped me with fabric selection. She even took the initiative and found me the perfect pillow accent fabric, which I loved and ended up choosing. After taking home some fabrics to consider, we returned the next day and placed our order. Throughout the entire transaction, KC was very knowledgeable, communicative, and warm- not to mention, friendly to our dog. The entire shopping experience at Key Home furnishings was pleasant and fruitful. Next time, when we need a piece of furniture, this store will be the first place on the list, and I doubt we will need a list at all! Thank you KC, for making our furniture buying experience so pleasurable!

Our experience was excellent. Lucina is a total pro and knows her inventory and brands. She really listened and was able to zero in on our perfect sofa set while patiently showing us every option. In the process, I left my bag with wallet, car keys, etc on a piece of furniture somewhere in the building and it took me a little while to realize my mistake. In a total panic I went to the front desk and was so very grateful and relieved that another employee had found it and locked it up. It would be better on your deliveries if your movers could do minor adjustments for older people. I needed a piece of furniture moved to another room to make way for my new piece. Would have taken about a minute to move it for two people and I live alone so very difficult for me at 79 years old to make the adjustment. The sales manager provided just enough information without interfering with the sales associate which I give him kudos for. The relaxed atmosphere of the store is inviting-I went on a Friday afternoon and liked the more casual but professional vibe as it put me at ease. Coming in to buy from people in suits and feeling pressured would have me walking out the door. I'd recommend this family owned store in a heartbeat.

Wanted something durable and that would last us decades. We ended up going with a Stanton couch, the company is local and has been around for decades. We were able to customize the layout, material and it came with 6 pillows with customized material as well. Loved the flexibility with the financing so we didn't have to just settle and we could get what we really wanted. Key home furniture was the first furniture store I walked into without immediately feeling overly pressured by salespeople. Dan was the absolute best! He was kind and helpful but not pushy and they have a wonderful selection of furniture. I love my new sofa.

I found a chair that was exactly what I wanted and she helped me with fabric choices and "getting it done." She carefully explained the contract and ordering process. Janie was so amazing! I came in initially just to look for ideas to furnish the house I recently purchased. Janie explained all about the Stanton and Flex Steel brands of sofas. After going home and taking some measurements,I came back and she helped me customize my sofa and ottoman. We were looking around for some living room chairs. Timing worked out and we stopped by Key Home Furnishings. Linda greeted us asked if we were looking for something in particular. After letting us know about the different areas of the store, she let us look around. She checked in and told us all about the different chairs we were looking at. We found two chairs and she helped out with choosing fabric. I normally dislike furniture shopping because of super pushy sales people. Linda's help was perfect! She answered questions when we had them and helped us when we needed it. We will definitely go back to there and ask Linda to help us when we are in need of more furniture.

Super friendly staff..no high pressure sales at all .. but our salesperson,KC, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with !! We were in the store a couple hours, finding the exact furniture we wanted and then special ordering the color combinations and fabric types. KC was awesome!! We are so happy we went there for our furniture purchase! It will take 6 to 8 weeks for the furniture to be made and delivered..which is not a problem, but we are excited for it to arrive!!
