KEY Home Furnishings reserves the right to change the KEY Home Trade Access Program or Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. KEY Home Furnishings will post such changes here, at www.KEYHomeFurnishings.com/access.inc. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.

Trade Discount The trade discounts are not valid with any other offer, on the internet purchases, purchase of close out sale items at KEY Home Furnishings, purchases of gift cards or promotional items, and processing fees or taxes. The Trade Discounts are not redeemable for cash. KEY Home Furnishings reserves the right to change the list of items elegible for the trade discounts at its discretion. Members may cancel their membership at any time and for any reason by calling our store at 503-598-9948.

Membership Membership is non-transferable. Membership can only be used by the named individual. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the trade discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), transfer of membership, and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with membership application. KEY Home Furnishings reserves the right to cancel membership at any time.
